Lydia Lincklaen is a certified coach who focuses on Stress Prevention, Mental Health, Mindfulness, and Burnout. Merging a background working with Investigation Criminal Courts with her extensive experience in coaching, she has developed systems for people to listen to themselves, find peace of mind, and foster serenity in their lives.

In this episode, we talk about our difficult personal experiences with medicating stress and anxiety, we talk about how to look at the big picture in order to escape the trap of stress-jumping, and we provide tips for how to stop fighting who you are in order to move into a state of flow in your work and life.
