He is the principal of Halcyon Clinical: an institute for clinical research, treatment, and training, and works as the Director of Partnerships and Innovation at the American Society of Addiction Medicine.

In this episode we talk about the art of sustainable self-care (emphasis on sustainable), why you should throw your vision board in the garbage and what to do instead, and how acceptance, creativity and self-talk can lead to radical life changes that you can’t even predict will happen.
