When does my monthly subscription start and renew?

Unstuck Coaching is a monthly membership that starts on the day you book. Your subscription will renew on that day each month until you cancel.

What happens when I book the Unstuck Coaching Program?

Once confirmed, your coach will create a shared Google Drive folder, send an onboarding document, add you to the weekly group career therapy calls, invite you to our private Slack channel, share access to the Unstuck Curriculum, and schedule your recurring 1on1s.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log into your account and click cancel under “Orders”. Cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle starts, or you will be automatically re-enrolled. Once cancelled, you will continue to receive coaching support through the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are non-refundable. If you choose to end your subscription, be sure to cancel your account prior to the renewal date in order to not be charged for another month.

What happens if I miss a scheduled coaching meeting?

24 hours notice is required to cancel, or reschedule a meeting with your coach. We are flexible with the first missed occurrence and will work with you to find a make-up hour, but future missed sessions will be forfeited without reschedule.

What happens to unused coaching hours?

Coaching sessions expire at the end of each billing cycle. However, sessions can potentially roll-over with proper notice and approval from your coach. We encourage you to schedule regular check-ins.
