On this week's Career Therapy Podcast (e.68), we welcome Lex Stewart.

Lex is a Career Coach, Training Developer, and Gaming Enthusiast who helps job seekers level up in their hunt for a new role. Ultimately, she helps people figure out what they want to be and do when they "grow up.” By guiding clients in exploring their values and dreaming big, she supports their transition into internships, apprenticeships, and full-time work.

Today, we discuss neurodivergent job search experiences, including ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression, what we would change about the hiring process if given a “do-over” card, and how self help can both help and hinder your pursuit of a new role.

Thank you so much for your support and for listening to our show. If you enjoy this episode, please consider leaving us a review on iTunes to please the algorithm and share these conversations with more seekers like you.
